Disclaimer: Brace yourself for a wave of puns. Ever the showman, designer Tommy Hilfger transformed the Park Avenue Armory once again for his fall/winter 2016 collection into a larger-than-life ship that he christened “T.H. Atlantic,” which he, quite literally, decked out with smokestacks (that emitted steam), a stern, a bow (that proved to be great for Titanic reenactments, pictured at bottom), and benches for first-class passengers.

Naturally, the brand’s golden girl Gigi Hadid was on board with bringing the nautical-inspired collection to life. She sailed down the deck-slash-runway a grand total of three times, first opening the show to the beats of Michael Jackson’s “Don’t Stop ‘Til You Get Enough” in a pretty shirtdress printed with boats that were inspired by sailor’s tattoos, before making another lap in an embellished silk blouse with retro-style booty shorts, and finally, closing in a gold sequined sailor dress. The accessories that anchored all three looks? A whimsical tiara and ruffled socks with metallic heels.

But of course Hadid wasn’t the only star of the show. Hilfiger tapped a fleet of today’s It models, including Hailey Baldwin, Binx Walton, Lexi Boling, Taylor Hill, and Fei Fei Sun, who were outfitted in more of the brand’s 1940s-inspired maritime designs, including oversize wool military coats, fisherman sweaters, cropped wide-leg sailor pants, and leather Breton striped tops.

Also along for the cruise was the star-studded front row, featuring the Waterhouse sisters, Rachel Zoe, Jourdan Dunn, and Lucky Blue Smith. What did they think of the show? “Fun! It made me smile,” Suki tells Fashionfiler. “I always leave smiling and feeling elated and more excited to dress up than before.”

Take a look at more snaps from the show, including the set, Hadid and Baldwin’s Titanic reennactment, and more.

Now that’s what we call a bon voyage! The sirens of the TH Atlantic stunning the crowd at #TommyFall16 #NYFW
